By accessing or using the Vonsel website and platform at vonsel.com ("the Service," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service in any way.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Vonsel is a web-based B2B sales intelligence and lead generation platform. We help businesses and sales teams find, organize, and manage potential business clients through a suite of online tools accessible via our website, client dashboard, and API.
Our platform provides the following services:
The Service is continuously evolving. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to active subscribers.
All business data provided through Vonsel is sourced exclusively from publicly available information. Our primary data source is Google Maps, a public directory where businesses voluntarily list their information to be found by potential customers. Additional data may come from other public business directories, company websites, and publicly accessible social media profiles.
The data we provide relates to businesses and commercial entities, not to private individuals. Business contact information such as a company phone number, a business email address listed on a company website, or a social media profile used for commercial purposes is considered publicly available business data.
Our data collection and processing practices are designed to comply with applicable data protection regulations, including:
Vonsel does not scrape, hack, or access any private, restricted, or password-protected data. We do not collect personal data from private social media profiles, personal email accounts, or any source that requires authentication to access. All information available through our platform has been made public by the businesses themselves or by public authorities.
Despite our efforts to maintain accuracy, publicly available data may change over time. We do not guarantee that all information is current at the moment of access. Businesses may update their listings, change phone numbers, or modify their public profiles after we have indexed them.
Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to the following:
Accounts are created by our team upon subscription. We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.
The fees for our subscription plans are displayed on our pricing page. Different plans offer different features, usage limits, and levels of support. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with at least 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect the current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals.
Payment is due at the time of subscription activation or renewal. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods that we may make available from time to time. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fee.
Subscriptions are billed on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Annual subscriptions are charged in full at the beginning of the annual billing period and typically offer a discount compared to monthly billing.
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for an equivalent period at the then-current rate. You will be charged on the renewal date without additional notice.
All fees paid are non-refundable, including fees paid in advance for annual subscriptions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your client dashboard or by contacting our support team at info@vonsel.com. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 30 days before your renewal date.
Upon cancellation:
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to partial subscriptions, unused features or search credits, dissatisfaction with the Service, duplicate purchases, or billing errors (except as required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction). To the extent permitted by applicable law, all sales are final.
By using the Service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited:
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, without refund and without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

This license does not include the right to modify, copy, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on the Service.
You retain ownership of any data or content that you upload to the Service (such as custom notes, tags, or categories applied to leads). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations regarding the Service, you acknowledge that we may use such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you. All feedback is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Without limiting the foregoing, we make no representations or warranties that:
Business data is sourced from publicly available directories and may not reflect the most current information. Businesses may change their contact details, close, relocate, or update their public listings at any time. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to verify the accuracy and suitability of any data before using it for business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vonsel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, warranty, or any other theory.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for:

Upon termination of your account, for any reason:
You are solely and exclusively responsible for ensuring that your use of any data obtained through the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. This includes, but is not limited to:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookieポリシー, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vonsel regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any term shall not be deemed a continuing waiver of that or any other term.
You may not assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, telecommunications failures, power outages, or disruptions to third-party services on which the Service depends.
