This policy covers what we and our providers store on your device, or read from it, when you use vonsel.com and our dashboard. In practice that means cookies and browser storage.
The law here is broader than the word "cookie": Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC and Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 apply to storing or accessing information on your device by any technology. So this document covers all of it, whatever it is called.
Read it with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we do with the data these technologies produce, and with our Terms of Service, of which this policy forms part and which identify who we are.

Nothing we store is used for advertising. We do not build advertising profiles, we do not sell what these tools produce, and we do not run advertising that follows you from our site to another one.

Small values written in your browser when you choose something: your interface language, light or dark mode, the density and column layout of your tables, the pipeline you had open, the areas you have drawn on the map, and similar display settings. They stay on your device, they are never sent to us with a request, and they contain nothing beyond a display preference. We add and rename them as the interface changes.

Where session replay runs, and where it does not. It runs on our public pages: the home page and its language versions, the features and pricing pages, the blog and these legal pages. It is not loaded in the dashboard, in the CRM or in the browser extension. General usage analytics does run inside the dashboard. It records which screens and features are used. It does not record what you type and it does not read the records you keep in the Service.
Microsoft sets identifiers of its own on its own domains as part of running Clarity, and one of them is a Microsoft-wide identifier that Microsoft also uses for advertising on its own services. If you would rather that did not happen, block it in your browser as described below.
We also store a partner code for up to 30 days if you reached us through one of our partners, so that we can credit them if you subscribe. It contains a code and a date, and nothing about you.
Your browser can block or delete cookies and site data for any website, including ours. Look for "Cookies and site data" or "Privacy" in its settings. Clearing our site data signs you out and resets your preferences, and blocking strictly necessary storage stops you signing in at all.
You can stop Google Analytics on every website you visit with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
We update this policy when what we use changes, and the date shown on this page changes with it. Every published version stays available at vonsel.com/legal, each at its own permanent address, so you can always see what applied on a given date.
