How Vonsel helps you scale your sales

      Free plan

I paid Apollo for a year and it never had a single dentist from my city. With Vonsel I pulled 200 clinics in one afternoon on the free plan, and the rest when I moved to Basic.

Marta RíosLocal SEO agency · Valencia, Spain
      Route planner

I used to plan Monday on a paper map. Now I draw my area, pick the stops and the route comes out ordered. From 6 visits a day to 11.

Tom WhitakerField sales rep · Manchester, UK
      Areas and team

Two reps kept knocking on the same doors. We drew zones on the map and gave a folder to each one. The overlap disappeared that week.

Lucía FernándezSolar installer · Sevilla, Spain
      AI Signals

AI Signals reads the reviews and scores the fit. I stopped calling top to bottom and started with the hot ones. Demos went from 4 a week to 9.

Daniel OkaforSDR, restaurant SaaS · Austin, US
      Reviews analysis

A business with no website shows up as a signal, not as missing data. My first cold email in Italian got a reply in 40 minutes.

Giulia MorettiFreelance web designer · Bologna, Italy
      WhatsApp inbox

Here nobody answers email, they answer WhatsApp. Every chat now sits inside the lead. When a rep left we lost 200 conversations. Not again.

Carlos MendozaMarketing agency · Guadalajara, Mexico
      Next step

Every lead has one next step and a date. When I close one, it asks me for the next. The Overdue filter each morning is my to-do list.

Sophie LaurentInsurance broker · Lyon, France
      Chrome extension

Other scrapers blocked me after 60 searches. This one reads what my browser already loads, so there is nothing to block. 2,300 restaurants.

Rafael SouzaDelivery software · São Paulo, Brazil
      Edit past jobs

A scrape here is not a dead CSV. I reopen last month's job, add a city and run it again. Duplicates merge by place id.

Anna SchmidtDental software · Munich, Germany
      Voice notes

My reps hated typing after visits, so they did not. Now they record a voice note in the car and it lands transcribed in the lead.

Javier OrtegaHospitality supplies · Madrid, Spain
      Socials found

Half my prospects are cafés with no email on Maps. The extension reads their site and pulls the phone and the socials they do publish.

Emily CarterSocial media agency · Brisbane, Australia
      Free plan

Free means free here. 200 businesses to try, 40 unlocked in the CRM with every contact, no card. I only went Pro when I hired someone.

Pedro AlmeidaRestaurant consultant · Lisbon, Portugal
      Kanban

The Kanban shows the money per column. Cards untouched for two weeks get a little clock. That clock has saved more deals than any reminder.

      Team tracking

Ranking, activity log and who owns which zone. That is what I needed as a manager, not a 40-page report. I would pay extra for live GPS.

Mateusz NowakHVAC company · Kraków, Poland
      Map-based CRM

I sell to bakeries and cafés. Seeing them on the map coloured by stage changed how I plan my week. I look at a neighbourhood and I know.

Isabel TorresPastry wholesale · Bogotá, Colombia
      Data quality

Emails found on the business website, not from a bought list. My bounce rate went from 31 percent to 6. Our domain stopped getting flagged.

Ben FischerMarketing SaaS · Berlin, Germany
      Areas

Territories are polygons on the map, not a column someone forgets to fill. I redrew the south zone and 1,900 leads moved in one click.

Nadia HaddadTelecom reseller · Marseille, France
      Bulk AI Signals

We select 300 leads, hit Signals and go for coffee. We come back to a fit score and a pitch per lead. Fewer bad demos, more real ones.

Liam O'ConnorHR software · Dublin, Ireland
      Email and WhatsApp

The AI writes the email with the context of the business and I send it from my own Gmail. Reply rate went from 2 percent to 11.

Valentina CruzPOS systems · Buenos Aires, Argentina
      Any country

We launched in Portugal and Italy without buying a single list. Same search, different city, results in the local language.

Hugo MartínGym management app · Barcelona, Spain
      Calendar

Calendar view with ISO weeks and the rep colour on each event, synced to Google. I only wish I could run two pipelines at once.

Grace KimDental group · Vancouver, Canada
      Reviews

100 reviews per business on Scale, filtered by keyword and by 1 to 2 stars. I search for delivery and I see who has an angry customer this week.

Omar BenaliSignage company · Casablanca, Morocco
      Free to Pro

I stayed on Free for two months, then upgraded for one thing: the AI. Reviews analysis plus AI Signals from 14.80 euros a month billed yearly. Do the math.

Charlotte DuboisIndependent recruiter · Nantes, France
      Export

I export the whole CRM to Excel, with stages, notes and clean columns. You need Scale for that, which annoyed me until I compared it.

Sergio VidalCoffee chain · Málaga, Spain
      Deduplication

We import from five reps and the CRM does not duplicate. Same business, several searches, one record. Our old CRM had 30 percent dupes.

Priya NairCleaning franchise · London, UK
      Voice and route

Route in the morning, voice note after each visit, outcome with one tap. My boss stopped calling me for updates. She opens the Team tab.

      Product

Vonsel is a Chrome extension that scrapes Google Maps, visits each business's website and reads its reviews to build your contact database: phones, emails, WhatsApp and social profiles for every business. It is built for anyone who sells to local businesses: agencies, freelancers, SDRs and field sales teams.

Search Google Maps as usual and press Start in the Vonsel side panel. Vonsel scrolls through the results, saves every business it finds and visits their websites in the background. You can pause, continue and save each search, then export it.

Google Maps does not show business emails. Vonsel visits each business's website to find published emails, extra phone numbers, WhatsApp links and profiles on up to 118 social networks and platforms. What it finds depends on what each website publishes.

Yes. Vonsel reads up to 20 reviews per business on Basic, 40 on Pro and 100 on Scale, with their rating, date, text and the owner’s reply. On Pro and Scale you can filter them by keywords such as “phone”, “website” or “waited”, so you see which businesses have the problem your service fixes before you reach out.

Vonsel collects business details from Google Maps and published contact information from the businesses’ own websites while you search. You build your own prospecting list from these sources. Contact availability and accuracy depend on the information those businesses publish.

Apify and Outscraper run in the cloud and charge per result or per credit. Vonsel runs in your own Chrome, adds website emails, WhatsApp, social profiles and review keywords to every business, and Vonsel plans are a flat price from €13.99 a month, VAT extra.

Vonsel is an actively maintained product. We release updates, fixes and improvements as Google Maps and business websites evolve, including when a change affects a feature. The extension notifies you when an update is available, and our support team can help if something stops working.

      Plans and exports

Yes. The extension is free and the Free plan lets you try 200 businesses with website enrichment, filters and saved searches. Exports on Free include two samples with the best 10 businesses of each in full, and the map-based CRM holds 40 businesses. Reviews come with the paid plans. No card required.

Vonsel has a Free plan and three paid plans, VAT extra: Basic at €13.99 a month (€11.80 a month billed yearly) for 2,000 Google Maps businesses a month, Pro at €19.99 a month (€14.80 billed yearly) for 40,000, and Scale at €39.99 a month (€23.80 billed yearly) for unlimited businesses. You can cancel anytime from your account.

On Free you can try 200 businesses in total, and exports include two samples with the best 10 businesses of each in full. Basic includes 2,000 businesses a month, Pro 40,000 and Scale is unlimited. Pro and Scale include unlimited exports of the businesses you have captured.

Excel (.xlsx), Google Sheets, CSV and JSON. Google Sheets opens in one click once you connect your Google account, with no file to download. Every export has one column per data point: business, category, address, phone, website, rating, reviews, emails, WhatsApp and each social network. JSON is handy for ChatGPT, Claude and automations.

Yes. Export to CSV or Excel and import the file into HubSpot, Pipedrive, Instantly, lemlist, Mailchimp or any tool that accepts spreadsheets. Or open it in Google Sheets and connect it with Zapier, Make or n8n.

No. The extension works on its own. Your account also includes a free map-based CRM where you can work up to 40 businesses on a map. Paid plans hold 400 businesses (Basic), 2,000 (Pro) or 10,000 (Scale).

Vonsel helps you work with publicly available business information. Your use of that information, the websites you access and the people you contact must follow the applicable rules and service terms. Our Terms and Privacy Policy explain how the service handles data.
